Okay for all you people out there wondering how people who are vegan or vegetarian get there protein source, here is a major supplier of protein, Nori. Nori is the paper that all sushi restaurants use to roll the majority of sushi that they sell. The Nori paper is made up of 30 to 50 percent protein. It also is low in sodium due to the rinsing process before food preparation.
Nori is also a good source of Iron, vitamin C, Niacin, folate, and vitamin A. Nori also lowers breast cancer rates in woman premenopausal and menopausal. But the most popular part of Nori is it's B-12 content. It has everything a non-meat eater needs to survive along with the consumption of your legumes and beans. It is also in its own way a multi-vitamin. Eat more nori! Even if you eat meat! It will help your body digest the meat.
