How To: Passion Flower Tea


  • Passion Flowers, vines, and leaves.
  • Distilled Water
  • Strainer

      For this recipe you can use the passion flower plant fresh, sun dry, or dehydrate it. If you dry it out then you can powder it. Check out my post to learn more about passion flower! You do not have to powder it if you use the fresh plant. Use as much plant as you want with as much water you will need. For strong sleepy effects you may want to use    more than usual. Everyone is affected uniquely to herbs depending on your body. So start small at 2.5-30 grams and adjust the dosage to your liking. Set your stove setting between low and two. Let the plant simmer on that low setting for 2 hours. Finish with some honey or stevia to sweeten and a slice of lemon and enjoy!
