What REALLY Is In Your Tap Water?

Have you ever sipped a glass of water from home or a restaurant and it had a weird metal taste to it? Or it just had a strange after taste? That taste was most likely, arsenic, lead, copper, fluoride, chlorine, and nitrates. Trust me, you do NOT want to drink this. Your body is made up of 70 percent water. So, whats in your water?

Check out this amazing woman's video if you are not in the mood to read:

You can buy your own water test kit at a local home improvement store. To be honest though, tap water, filtered water, and bottled water is nothing compared to fresh bottle water from a local spring that  you can test yourself with a TDS meter. I will be posting an article and video on how to collect spring water in the future. But for now lets talk about why you should stay away from anything but spring water.

The Fluoride and Chlorine found in most tap water cause cancer, osteoporosis, Alzheimer's, and arthritis. When the two chemicals combine it cause calcium deposits in your body. This means all your calcium redirects the wrong way and actually starts to eat your bones by depositing in them. Not only are you drinking a liquid that deteriorates your bones, but it also has recycled pharmaceuticals that have been improperly unfiltered. Read more about that click HERE. There are also other scary things in our tap water. But I will let you do the research because some people don't want to hear it.

The Fluoride in your tap water will also overtime cause fluorosis. Fluorosis is when the body drinks large amounts of fluoride and their enamel of the teeth start to slowly wear off. It happens to most of us and we dont realize it until 20 years later. It looks like this:

This brings me also to another suggestion. Make Your Own Toothpaste! I will be posting a how to on that in the next few weeks.

Not only can you not trust most tap water but you cannot trust most bottled water! Most bottled water that claims to be spring water, is bottled tap water. Check it out by clicking here for a recent article. Plus having your water poured in plastic can contaminate your water. Plastic tends to leech into water unseen. So store your water in glass!!

If you do not have a spring near you and you would like spring water check this brand out! They can even deliver to your door if a local store does not carry them!

Mountain Valley Spring Water is from a hot spring in Arkansas. You can find Mountain Valley Spring Water in health food stores, Publix, and sometimes other grocery stores. Check out their page HERE for more info. Thanks for reading!

Have A Beautiful Day!
